Shipping policy

Free USA Domestic Shipping on orders $75+: We offer free USPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders $75+. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours between Mondays and Fridays, within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays). USPS ground shipments are usually delivered in 5-8 business days. That said, we cannot guarantee these transit times. While we offer USPS shipping, we are independent of them and cannot control their delivery schedule, routine or operations. Orders less than $75, we offer a flat rate of $8.00 for USPS ground shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of USA)

Ground Shipping (10+ Business Days): $35.00 USD FedEx Express Shipping (4-7 Business Days): $45.00 USD Please e-mail customercare@bebebola.com if you have trouble shipping to your country at checkout.

Lost, Stolen or Incorrectly addressed packages: Bebè Bola Shop is a small business and will do whatever is possible to offer personalized customer service.  That said, we are not the USPS and cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect addresses or orders that are marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier but are lost or stolen.  We simply cannot afford to provide refunds or replacements for incorrectly addressed, lost or stolen goods.
